Promise Keepers
Each Saturday morning our Promise Keepers group meets from 8 to 9:30 in the Hometime Room to enjoy Christian fellowship, discussion and prayer. Topics vary each week and require no lesson preparation. Pray for an opening in your busy schedule to attend.
We are currently studying the LIFESONE series "Foundations".
Conferences
Iron Sharpens Iron is an all-day conference for men sponsored by Vision New England. National speakers lead the men in confronting contemporary issues facing men in our society.
On
Saturday, May 15, 2010, men of the church are invited to
join the Promise Keepers group as they travel to Worcester,
MA to attend the annual conference. Keynote speakers are
Hank Hanegraff, who is widely regarded as a leading
Christian apologist and host of the radio program "Bible
Answer Man," and Don Davis, who is Chaplain of the New
England Patriots. There are numerous breakout sessions from
which to choose. Cost is $40 per person. We will leave the
church parking lot at 6:30 a.m. and return to the church
about 8:00 p.m. This conference is recommended for men ages
13 to 130. Contact Bill Ferree to reserve a
spot.
